10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COCOA DEV'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COCOA DEV, IF ANY, IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cocoa Dev, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination
